The free Tuk Tuk to the Sukumvit station was useful. I used it daily because it was very hot. The suite was a great size. I also received complimentary water every day. The rooftop pool had a great view and was the perfect size too!!!

broken sofa
I was a bit disappointed this time. the sofa was completely broken, and it gave me back pain. It was noisy from 8 am to 6 pm. constant welding and metal cutting made it difficult to relax.

The room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast had a good variety , with delicious options available each morning. I also found the rooftop pool to be awesome. It provided a relaxing atmosphere.
I faced a minor inconvenience because the gym equipment required some maintenance. A treadmill was malfunctioning , which limited my workout options. I hope this gets addressed soon.

The hotel is close to the skytrain and Terminal 21. There are also many great food options nearby, including lovely massage services and it is perfect for accessing different parts of the city.

The breakfast offered a variety of options, including both local and international dishes. The restaurant staff were very attentive and made sure all guests had what they needed. Fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes were plentiful.

The rooftop pool offers a great view and a relaxing atmosphere. The free Tuk Tuk service to the Sukumvit station was convenient , especially in the heat. It made getting around much easier.

The rooftop pool is amazing! It gives you such awesome views. Hotel service assisted with a birthday surprise and it went smoothly. The room had comfy beds. I did not want to leave it!

the staff was helpful. the front desk staff were friendly. the location is great, near the main strip and terminal 21 mall. i found the pool and laundry facilities clean and relaxing.
the bed was a bit hard, though it met my needs.

The hotel is near a bts station. This made getting around easy. terminal 21 mall is within walking distance. several restaurants are close by. taxis are readily available in the area though the pavements are uneven.
